[Printing Example] Steel Plate Laying (Silicone)

Introducing a printing case for silicone baking mats designed to prevent direct pot contact!

Here is an example of printing on a silicone grill mat designed for steak plates. Since silicone molding is also possible, we created the grill mat ourselves this time. The printed area is recessed to prevent direct contact with the pot. Additionally, since adhesion to silicone is challenging, selecting the right ink is crucial. We can also handle small lot printing and printing on customer-provided products. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Case Overview】 ■Product: Silicone grill mat ■Details: The printed area is recessed to prevent direct contact with the pot. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Flower Pot

Here is an example of a printing test on a flower pot! Our skilled staff finished it beautifully.

Here is an example of a printing test conducted on plant-based material pots. The challenge of printing on cylindrical products like pots is primarily "distortion." Therefore, for customers who are strict about distortion, we create prototypes and then adjust the design to minimize the appearance of distortion. If you can provide information in the form of "How much can be printed on this product?" we will consider it, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Case Overview】 ■Product: Pot ■Result: It was a high-difficulty printing task, but our skilled staff finished it beautifully. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Glass Pot

The sample product is finally complete! If you are considering a product that is a little different from others, please feel free to consult with us!

Here is a case study of printing on both the container and the lid of a "glass pot." On the container side, we printed "AB" from the Special Abe Printing Company. On the lid, we printed a leaf pattern. The handle in the center of the lid is a protrusion, making printing very difficult. Even if printing is possible, it can become distorted. By carefully adjusting the pad shape, hardness, and other printing conditions, we finally completed the sample product. [Case Overview] ■ Printed Item: Glass Pot ■ Details: Adjustments to pad shape, hardness, and other printing conditions - Container Side: Printed "AB" from the Special Abe Printing Company - Lid Side: Printed a leaf pattern *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Printed all around the outer circumference of the chopsticks.

Full printing possible with 2 processes! Why not create chopsticks like never before while keeping the number of processes to a minimum?

We would like to introduce an upgraded example of printing on wooden chopsticks. A single point design lacks flair, so we print all around the outer edge. Moreover, it is possible to print on all sides (4 sides x 2) in two processes. Why not create a unique pair of chopsticks while keeping the number of processes to a minimum? 【Case Overview】 ■Printed Item: Disposable Chopsticks ■Details: All-around printing on the outer edge, full surface printing (4 sides x 2) in two processes *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
